I’ve been studying architecture and it’s impact on my hometown, Kansas City, MISSOURI (I ain’t from no Kansas City, Kansas). Our sister city is Seville, Spain and the visible on the Country Club Plaza, located on the south side of KC. “The Plaza” as it is known at home is a high-end area of shops and restaurants. It’s one of my favorite places in the city to walk around and just enjoy what we have to offer. This is going to be an ongoing study of mine seeing as though I want to do travel photojournalism. This is just a sneak peek!

Creative Assignment 4 – Color Study

This is my second piece in my study of colors and textures. I have been going around photographing simple things around campus, around Kansas City, etc. I’ve always been passionate about creating color palettes and designs so incorporating my photography with it just made sense. I’ve been shooting with both Nikon and Canon cameras. I consider these pieces as fine art photography and want to continue to explore what all I can create.
